4. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing details are available on the Shopify App Store listing page. We offer a 30-day refund policy on subscriptions. If you wish to cancel or request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pumper.run.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, excluding merchant-generated content, is the intellectual property of Proveway Pvt Ltd and Henq eCommerce LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of App content is strictly prohibited.

6. User Obligations

Users must comply with Shopify's Terms of Service while using the App. Any violation of Shopify's policies may result in suspension or termination of access to our App.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our App. Results vary across merchants; while testimonials and case studies featured on our website are authentic, individual outcomes are not guaranteed.

Results vary by store; featured outcomes are not guaranteed for all users. Some participating merchants may have received promotional offers in connection with their participation.
