2. Merchant Responsibilities
As a merchant using Pumper, you are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date privacy policy that complies with applicable laws. You must inform your customers about any data collection that occurs through the App and obtain any necessary consents.

Through the Shopify API, we collect order-related information including order IDs, products purchased, order values, discounts applied, and related analytics. We do not collect or store customer names, emails, payment card details, or sensitive financial information.
4. Telemetry and Error Monitoring
We collect application performance data — including error logs, crash reports, and usage telemetry — to monitor the health of our App and resolve issues before they affect your store. This data helps us detect and fix problems proactively. Telemetry data does not include your customers' personal information.
