Information from Merchants

When you install and use Pumper, we collect the following information:

• Your name, email address, store admin URL, and phone number.
• Information on how and when you access your account, including your device, browser details, IP address, and interactions within the App.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Confirm your identity and manage your account.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants using Pumper must maintain an up-to-date privacy policy on their Shopify store that complies with applicable privacy laws. Merchants must inform their customers about data collection and processing through the use of Pumper and obtain necessary consents where required.

Information from Merchant Customers

We collect order details shared through Shopify's API, including order IDs, product details, order values, pricing, and discounts related to your created offers. We also store analytics about extra revenue generated by the merchants. We do not collect or store customer names, emails, payment card details, or sensitive financial information.

We may share your information with:

• Shopify, as required for integration and compliance.
• Third-party service providers for data processing, hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean), analytics, advertising, and marketing.
